To provide engineering and technical expertise in the areas of well design, programming, workover and completion operations.
Job Objectives:
- Perform drilling engineering works required for successful, cost-effective and safe implementation of POOC’s exploration, development, workover and completion activities.
- Review the operations, define problem areas and search for solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or equivalent engineering discipline.
- Possession of valid IWCF Well Control certificate is an advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in Drilling, Workover & Completion Engineering.
- Knowledge of horizontal, high angle and multilateral well design is an advantage.

What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Customer Support Engineering Site Manager, the Senior Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing daily technical support for a state of the art, large scale data center. This position provides leadership and mentoring pertaining to customer relations, technical expertise, effective communication and teamwork.
The Customer Support Engineer will work to identify the root cause of any system issues and provide solutions. Responsibilities:
The Senior Customer Support Engineer will be in charge of maintaining a UNIX / Linux-based server environment with over 1,500 servers. Some responsibilities include.

• Support and troubleshoot operations and performance issues
